Privacy Notice
Draft updated 30 August 2026
This is an early draft for product planning. It is not a final privacy notice and must be reviewed against the finished app, its actual providers, and the operator's legal obligations before launch.
Information the service may use
- Account details: email address, Sinnername, age-eligibility information, and verification status.
- Content and choices: confessions, comments, reports, blocks, settings, and support messages.
- Safety and technical data: IP address, device and app information, security events, crash information, and push-notification token.
- Optional information: location or other data only where a feature needs it and the user gives the required permission.
Why it may be used
To create and secure accounts, provide app features, deliver notifications, prevent abuse, review reports, support users, improve reliability, meet legal obligations, and protect people and the service.
Service providers
[Confirm and list every provider and processing location before launch. Expected categories may include hosting/database, Cloudflare security and delivery, Apple or Google app services, email, SMS verification, error monitoring, and customer support.] Personal information will not be described as sold unless the finished service actually supports that statement under the applicable law.
Retention and deletion
[Set and publish specific retention periods for account information, content, reports, security logs, backups, and legal holds.] Account deletion instructions are available on the Delete account page.
Your privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, users may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive their personal data, to object to some processing, and to complain to a data-protection authority. [Confirm the operator's legal bases, international-transfer safeguards, identity-verification procedure, and Data Protection Commission wording.]
